Perkins serves as the Global Chief of Staff for Phillips & Cohen Associates where she leads the long term strategic growth of PCA’s global business. Amy is a proven leader, with several years of collections strategy and operational experience at the highest levels at NCO Group, Bank of America, and Citizens Bank.  Most recently, she served as President at insideARM, one of the industry’s premier thought leaders, where she led aspects of the news, product design, operations, and marketing, as well as being the architect and driving force of the innovative and influential Women in Consumer Finance conference.
