Brit Simon is the Head of Client Experience for National Debt Relief. In this role, he is responsible for improving the client journey from prospecting to graduation, ensuring that clients are highly satisfied, tremendously loyal, and deeply engaged throughout their debt relief program.
Brit has focused his 20-year career in customer experience and business transformation. Prior to National Debt Relief, he had leadership roles in both digital and call center experience at Citigroup for 11 years. He’s passionate about ensuring that businesses builds tools, processes, and client communications based on customer research and the voice of the customer.
Brit has an undergraduate degree in music and computer science from Millsaps College and an MBA from Duke University. He lives in New York City with his wife and 5-year old son.
