Kurt Grossheim joined Global Holdings in December 2021 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Kurt is dedicated to leading the company in its mission to support consumers on their journey back to financial health.
Kurt’s extensive career has spanned both domestic and international financial services including roles in business leadership, banking, operations, client development, business development and integration, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
Most recently, Kurt was EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Synchrony, a Fortune 200 company. Kurt brings deep experience building high-performing, diverse teams while leading tech-forward, data driven transformations focused on enabling growth and enhancing customer experience.
Earlier in his career, Kurt worked for GE Capital and served in a wide range of leadership roles across multiple businesses and functional disciplines in the US and internationally. Some of his roles included President and CEO of GE Money Bank, SVP and General Manager for one of GE Capital’s largest credit card portfolios, and CEO of GE Capital Bank in Austria.
Kurt received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is conversationally fluent in German.
When not working, Kurt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf, and working out.
