Nima is Americor Financial’s EVP General Counsel / Chief Compliance Officer overseeing legal, compliance and human resource matters for the organization. Nima has been a legal and compliance leader at a variety of financial services organizations including Impac Mortgage Holdings, loanDepot, and Discover Financial Services. Nima received his law degree from the University of Michigan and his MBA from California State University, Fullerton. He is also an author for such industry publications as the ABA Bank Compliance Magazine, Banking CIO Outlook, and Mortgage Compliance Magazine and is a frequent speaker at various industry forums. When he’s not at work, Nima is focused on his five children and preventing his new puppy from gnawing on his coffee table.
