What We Do?

In recent years, collection agencies and attorneys have aggressively pursued to collect on unsecured debts that have been charged-off by the original creditor. This is not illegal; however, often these agencies do not have the proper documentation and therefore the right to collect on those accounts. Through our Debt Validation Program, we force third-party creditors to provide proof that they can legally collect from you. We don’t dispute whether the debt is owed, unless there is truly a ground for believing otherwise. This process is 100% legal, ethical and is the right granted to each consumer of through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of 1976 (FDCPA).

Why Us?

While Panamerican Consulting does not settle, consolidate or provide credit card counseling or credit repair services, we can help you verify the validity of your unsecured debts by using the rules and regulations of the FDCPA. It is your right to request verification of debts from third-party creditors such as a collection agency. Although the validation process can be laborious and tedious, you have nothing to fear with our experts on your side.
