Greg Regan is partner in the firm of Hemming Morse LLP based in San Francisco, California. Greg is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California and New York. He regularly consults with companies, industry groups, and regulators related to data analytics underlying public disclosures, regulatory compliance and contractual obligations. Greg has testified about these analyses in numerous federal and state courts. Greg also performs various types of forensic analyses, including accounting investigations, economic damage analyses such as lost profit calculations, and shareholder disputes.
Greg has served in multiple leadership roles with the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and in 2013 was appointed to the organization’s Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee. Greg recently completed his term as the Chair of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) statewide forensic services committee.
