Laurence Larose is President and CEO of TrainAndCertify.org, an organization that focuseson individual agent training and certification for various consumer focused industries.

Laurence is also the Founder and Executive Director of IAPDA , International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators. The Debt Relief industry’s leading training and certification programs. Laurence is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of IAPDA’s training and certification program for consumer debt relief professionals.

A lifelong business executive Laurence was introduced to the debt settlement industry in 2000 and immediately recognized the need for individual training, certification and professional development for industry practitioners. The International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators (IAPDA) was formed that year.

Since 2000 IAPDA has trained and certified over 8000 individuals in the consumer debt relief industry from small sole proprietor companies to the staff members of the industry’s largest debt relief companies.
