Jeff Dickey is a credit and collection professional with over 15 years of experience working with clients in the credit, collection and debt relief industries. In 2004, he served as the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Apollo Enterprise Solutions, one of the first web-based collection systems adopted by major credit card issuing banks. Beginning in 2008, he went on to serve as the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Persolvo Data Systems, the first aggregator of consumer Debt Settlement account data used by creditors and collectors to bulk settle accounts enrolled in debt settlement programs. Beginning in 2012 Mr. Dickey went on to establish Marcomm Strategists, Inc., a digital marketing agency, serving clients across multiple industry verticals. Over the past 3 years, he has focused his efforts on developing a marketing communications platform to generate TCPA compliant leads for his clients in the financial services industry. Mr. Dickey holds a BA in Marketing from Texas Lutheran University.
