Sanjoy (Sanj) is the co-founder and CEO of Finxera, Inc., a Silicon Valley based technology company which operates CFTPay.com, the leading performance-based payment processor for the debt settlement industry. Sanj began his career as a corporate attorney specializing in Corporate Securities, M&A, and Privacy, and has considerable experience with the privacy and legal issues related to the marketing of consumer finance products. Prior to Finxera, Inc., Sanj spent several years in performance online marketing at Nextag, Adteractive and Yahoo. At Yahoo, Sanj lead the performance marketing team that developed and operated Yahoo’s Cost-per-Lead (CPL) efforts and the launch of multiple products including, among other things, Yahoo Tagline in Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Cross Sell in Yahoo Games.
Sanj is a licensed attorney in California and New York, a licensed real estate broker in California, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. Sanj has a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University of Law (magna cum laude) and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Duke University.
