Ward Welke started his business career in Credit Suisse First Boston’s real estate investment banking group in New York City with a focus in mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity transactions. In 2002, he joined Allerand Capital, a full-service boutique private equity firm with offices in New York, Connecticut and Florida.
Mr. Welke currently oversees the operating investment arm of Allerand, which has invested in assert classes of several types, including various consumer finance related businesses. Since 2010, one of Allerand’s key investment classes has focused on the purchasing of debt settlement contracts at the point of sale with many companies across the country.
Mr. Welke is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems. He currently resides in North Palm Beach, Florida.
